Welcome to Wikan Designs, the home of luxe vegan candles.

Our candles are always made from 100% natural and pure products. 

As we use premium soy wax, please be aware that sometimes imperfections can naturally occur. The wax can sometimes 'pull away' from the glassware - creating an air pocket, or even a cosmetic crack can develop on your candle top. But don't worry, this is a natural property of the wax that occurs with temperature changes and different conditions. It will not impact the fragrance or the performance of your candle in any way - it is purely cosmetic.

To get the best burn, follow our precautions:

• On every burn, but especially on your first burn, ensure the wax pool (molten wax) reaches the glassware. this correctly sets the memory of your candle. When you burn your candle properly, the potential for tunnelling is avoided, and therefore, a longer candle life is achieved.

• Place the lid on your candle after each burn to ensure a fresher, longer lasting fragrance. Do not extinguish your candle by placing the lid on - it is a fire hazard, and the smoke trapped under the lid will be absorbed into the wax, altering the smell of your candle.

• Before each burn, trim the wick to 6mm and discard. Do not leave wick trimmings in the wax pool.

• Burn your WIKAN candle for a maximum of 3 hours at a time.

• Always snuff your candle, do not blow it out. 

• Avoid drafts.

• Keep burning candles away from children, pets and any flammable objects.

• Always burn your WIKAN candle on a flat, fireproof and heat resistant surface and within sight. 

• As always, discontinue use of your WIKAN candle when 1cm of wax remains.
